Winter?

The Solstice was wet but exceptionally warm and for this moment, sunny. We know what is coming but it was nice to be reminded of what we will see on the other side of winter.

Tis the Season

We used to go to the tree farm and cut a tree.

This was closer.

You can't tell that it feels like 20 below from that smile!

I wish I felt more like this.

Weekend

This is always very popular at our house (and is almost gone now). It is from this Stonyfield recipe. You won't see chocolate chips in the list of ingredients but we have two teenage girls. Chocolate chips go on just about everything!

Listened to this amazing musician on an NPR interview this morning while I spun (spinned? rode the stationary bike!).

And saw this amazing house on my walk today.  A little Christmas spirit!
